It’s moody, soft, slightly temperamental —
just like the people who make it.

WE BAKE. A LOT.
We knead. We proof. We curse when it overproofs.
Our bread, burger buns and focaccias are baked fresh every day.

Our cocktails start as an idea, sit in a jar,
and come out weird and wonderful.
Everything you drink here is made from scratch.
We don’t order bottles of flavor — we build it.
From kombucha to citrus cordials,
from pink pepper infusions to fermented ginger —
every element is crafted in-house,
with care and just the right amount of madness.
We steep, brew, age and sometimes forget things in jars (on purpose).
That’s how you get drinks with depth — and a little attitude.
It’s not about being fancy. It’s about being real.
